Bundles, clip ins, tape ins, ponytails and pre-made units have a processing time of 7-14 business days. All domestic orders are now shipped via FedEx. Custom wig orders require 3-5 weeks production plus shipping time.
All orders made during a sale (ex-black friday, semi-annual sales) are shipped only (pick up is not an option). Please allow up to 14 days to process during sales and promos. All orders will be shipped unless being held with a confirmed hair appointment.
International Shipping
International orders typically take up to 10 business days for delivery. International shipping costs listed on this website do not include any tariffs, customs duties, or taxes imposed by your home country. Please take these potential charges into consideration before placing your order.
LushManes reserves the right to modify the delivery method listed on this website and substitute it with a comparable shipping option if necessary. Shipping charges may vary from the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.
Please be sure to check that the billing and shipping address match. Once payment has been submitted, address cannot be changed.
All domestic orders are shipped USPS/fedex and tracking numbers will be provided. For your safety, signature is required upon delivery. Please use your tracking number to see when your package will be delivered. We are not responsible for delays in transit, lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments.
Business days are Monday through Friday. (excluding holidays)
We package each product by hand to ensure your order is correct, so we thank you in advance for your patience.
Returns and Exchange Policy
At Lushmanes, we strive to make every order match your specifications. Please note that Raw Virgin hair comes from various donors, therefore we cannot guarantee that slight variations will not be present in hair texture and color. All hair comes in a natural color and ranges from Dark Brown to Natural Black. Every order is thoroughly inspected prior to being shipped.
All hair extensions and wigs are FINAL SALE. Exchanges will be reviewed per case and only for unopened/unaltered hair extensions for store credit only valid within 5 days of the product(s) being marked as delivered.
Open bundles and colored bundles will not be accepted for exchange under any circumstance. Should a problem arise, we will try to solve the issue in accordance with the Terms and Conditions; however, absolutely no exchanges are possible after 14 days of purchase.

Wigs
Please know that ALL pre-made wigs and lace wigs are made on a 22”/Average/Medium wig cap. Please refer to sizing chart to confirm that your unit will fit you. If you need a different size, you will need to specify this with your order. If there are no specifications, an average size unit will be shipped to you.
