Booking appointments, rescheduling and cancellation policy.

Scheduling

Appointments are typically booked out several weeks, so please make sure that you book yours on time. The calendar is up to date 24/7, so it will always provide you with the most accurate availability. There is no need to contact your stylist to ask if a specific date or time is open, if it doesn't offer it on the calendar, then unfortunately, it isn't available. (Please see info about waitlist)

 

Waitlist

If the date you want is not currently available, you have the option to put your name on the waitlist. This doesn't require a deposit up front, and it allows you to put a temporary hold on the spot if it opens up. So if someone reschedules or cancels and that space opens up, you will immediately be notified and prompted to go ahead and book the appointment.

 

Rescheduling 

We do understand that sometimes things happen. If you cannot make your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before your booked time. This way, we can have enough time to notify those on the waiting list and offer the spot to someone else. You can also reschedule for a new date at this point. You are permitted to have your non-refundable deposit transferred one time to your new slot as long as it's no less than 48 hours. 

 

Cancellations
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or less, a $100 inconvenience fee will be automatically assessed (minus your paid deposit). For services under $100, the full total will be charged. If your card declines when charged, you will be notified. You will need to take care of your outstanding balance prior to booking any more appointments. After 3 cancellations, you will not be able to make any more appointments.

Always notify your stylist before canceling the appointment yourself online. Cancellations are FINAL, so once you cancel, your deposit gets canceled too. For example, if you want to move to a different time within the same day, DO NOT cancel your original booking to book a new slot. Just edit your current booking to your new preferred time. Always reach out if you need assistance.

Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis.

Once again, deposits are non-refundable once paid. Notify us if you feel like there's been a mistake (i.e- accidental multiple charges, system glitch)  If you file a dispute through your financial institution, you will be blocked from making any future appointments nor will we service you under any circumstances.
